Character Interview: Gayle of 'A Shaman in Kensington Square'

We’re thrilled to be talking to Gayle from Alba Lewis’s A Shaman In Kensington Square.  It is a pleasure to have him with us today at Pimp That Character!

Thank you for your interview, Gayle.  How old are you and what do you do for a living?

I’m 35 and in your country your call me a Shaman, though it is not a name I call myself in Peru.

Can you tell us about one of your most distinguishable features?

I have big brown deep eyes.

What would I love the most about you?

You will know when you talk that I am really hearing what you are saying and that I understand.

What would I hate the most about you?

I only do what I want to do.  Sometime people get angry with this.

Where do you go when you are angry?

I run in nature.  For hours.  I am one of the fastest runners across the mountains in Peru.  I do the 24 hour race every year.

What makes you laugh out loud?

I like the English man – Mr Bean. He is very funny.

What is your most treasured possession?

It is a stone I found one day. It called to me.   I carry it everywhere.

If you could change one physical thing about yourself, what would that be?

Ha ha.  I would like to be taller.  We are a strong people, but not tall.

Who is your best friend?

My best friend is Merlin. He is my dog.

Someone is secretly in love with you.  Who is it and how do you feel about that?

Sarah.  She is in love with me.  She is scared about her life, but she is also so strong.  I am happy to have met her.
