Sarah Tremont: Night Terror by Jeff Gunhus

Image
We’re thrilled to be talking to Sarah Tremont from Jeff Gunhus’ supernatural/thriller/horror novel, Night Terror . It is a pleasure to have her with us today at Pimp That Character! Thank you for your interview, Sarah.  Can you tell us your story? I live in Prescott City , Maryland , the site of that massive underground cave-in you probably heard about in the news about ten years ago. Contrary to what the newspapers said, that was actually my dad and a guy named Joseph Lonetreewho blew up the caves to save me from a cult trying to kill me. I was five when that happened and over the last ten years I’ve pretended that I have no memory of the caves and I’ve hidden the fact that I still have psychic powers. I hold them back but they are threatening to overwhelm me. Can you tell us about one of your most distinguishable features? I can see into people’s minds. Hear their thoughts. Even when I try not to hear, sometimes it’s so loud that I can’t help it....

We’re thrilled to be talking to Ophelia from Arielle Strauss’, The Wraith Trilogy .  She is coming to us all the way from the great state of Ohio. It is a pleasure to have her with us today at Pimp That Character! Thank you for your interview, Ophelia.  Can you tell us your story? I most certainly can! And thank you for having me. Where do you go when you are angry? Oh that’s easy. I just disappear! What is your greatest fear? Disappearing forever… What are three must haves when shopping at the grocery store? I have no need to go there. Anything I eat just goes straight through me. If you could change one physical thing about yourself, what would that be? I would be warmer to the touch. Who is your best friend? It’s a tie between Todd Nichols and Lenora Scabbia. I would be lost without them. Someone is secretly in love with you.  Who is it and how do you feel about that? Eddie makes it no secret. I used to like him a lot, but then...

We’re thrilled to be talking to Spencer from Erna Mueller's new young adult fiction, K-9 COP.  It is a pleasure to have him with us today at Pimp That Character! Thank you for your interview, Spencer.   Can you tell us your story? Hey there. My name is Spencer Watley, and I’m a Lieutenant at the Seattle Police Department. Well, I guess that’s not the whole truth.   You see, some Cyber killers did me in and I landed before the gates of heaven. I was standing there knockin’ but the door wouldn’t open. An angel standin’ there told me no way am I going in.   What, you must be mistaken, I says, what’s my room number? Here I am a great cop, donno know how many scumbags and lowlifes I put in the slammer. Don’t that count for nothin’? The angel wasn’t listening, she just told me I was jerk, and insensitive to boot. Do you believe that, a jerk! She said I had to go through the J.R.P. if I ever wanted to enter. The J.R.P I asked, what the heck is that? It’s th...
